The paiche is the flag fish of the Peruvian Amazon due to its large size and its great flavor  when cooked in different ways, would you like to know some examples?

MY EATING HABITS

Hi, my name is Brenda and  I'm from Peru for breakfast, I usually  have a glass of oatmeal and an omelette. Sometimes I also have papaya juice accompanied by bread with pate.

For my luch I usually eat chicken with daddy or roast chicken with puree and for dessert fruits, especially tangerines.

For dinner Ilike to have a cup of tea with bread.
